I just had a meeting with a local Realtor this morning and checked out 4 homes one looks promising asking 72000 it's bank owned the realtor says it might go for 50,000 it's a double wide on about an acre of land built in 1997 it's in a country setting and all the work it needs is some new counters, Carpeting, Paint and some drywall and patches in some areas. wish me luck!

Man, that's one very expensive hobby.In my area the houses in the historic district sell for a super premium price.I've restored an historic house when it would have been cheaper to tear it down and start over, but my assessment was that the long term value was much more promising with the old house restored.But I see gorgeous old houses in the slum areas of some of the big cities and they wouldn't be worth the effort to restore them.

The buyers had already gone back and had the family member put all of his income back on the pay stub to substantiate income.Now, the problem is my mortgage broker is not willing to process it because he thinks the stubs are fake!

The promissory note says something like; "the undersigned promsies to pay to the order of", in other words you gave your word, your promise to pay.The lender gave you the money you wanted, what you do with that money is irrelevant!
