I have heard some inspectors know electricians who can hook up a generator.

I have a reasonably priced electrician so I could likely get a bid on the whole project but it would become much more complicated if there were tenants in place that had to be worked around.

I would also need to rely on the GC to help line up trade contractors (plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc.), help prepare the SOW and oversee the rehab work on a project.

Get a bid from a licensed experienced electrician and factor that into your purchase price, its either a go or a walk away.

Find a GC (and a plumber, electrician, HVAC guy, roofer, drywall guy, painter, floor guy, tree guy, grader, mason, finish carpenter, pressure wash guy, etc.)

Since I work in the trades as an Electrician I have many of the contacts I will need to get the rehab work done but I am lacking in the money side of the relationship world and could use a little help in beginning to build relationships with other investors, lenders, and the like.

He had an electrician add an extra breaker, and had pets in the condo when I was doing an inspection.

We've created the new hallway, fully gutted the bathroom and have new sub floor down so it's ready for the plumber and electrician to do their work.

I have never worked at length in real estate except for assisting my father, an electrician, in some projects in high school and painting a house or two.
