Hard Money for a Noob in SW Washington

Howdy all!

I'm a noob to the real estate investing world here in Clark County Washington, I'm looking to get my first deal completed in the next 90 days. (That'll be right around the first week of August if my public school math is working) In the same time I'd like to complete a purchase/rehab/refi of our personal home.

Since I work in the trades as an Electrician I have many of the contacts I will need to get the rehab work done but I am lacking in the money side of the relationship world and could use a little help in beginning to build relationships with other investors, lenders, and the like. I'd love to help out with a project that you have going on in exchange for a chance to "talk shop", if you or someone you know is in need of an Electrician or just some extra brawn to help clean out a project in the Vancouver-Brush Prairie-Battle Ground-Ridgefield-Woodland area, please drop me a line.

Thanks a million!
