We want to play around with using someone from ELance to answer calls but it will take a lot of planning to put that together.Aaron Churnick One thing we are not 100% comfortable with yet is making offers on houses without seeing them...I want to get there but dont know enough to say a house in X part of town with Y square feet will require $Z per sq ft to renovate.

Check both, if it's a small company with an individual owner ask for their credit as they probably won't show up on a Dunn-Bradstreet report .Now, in reality, if the nurse cam out good, I'd skip the investigation of the company but would have the sign as the guarantor.She is leasing, that rent is income to her, the credit for paying goes to her structured this way. :)

That's $2600 per month, or $31,200 per year, and my initial total investment was only 100k.I'm 37 y/o and I can't see how option B isn't significantly better than option A... when I retire I will own four properties that each bring in significant rental income, and during that process I will be bringing in supplemental income from rentals.Perhaps I am missing something and that is why I am here.
