Sorry for the essay but I'm frustrated. in my opionon just sell out of state and put it index AS LONG AS the equity curves is more than 8-12 years you already have good enough equity property.btw i dont think i would ever leave my stressful w2, because it's fun... you should move to different w2 job that you like but dont leave w2 lolIf i get bored in my w2 i just stay in my airbnb in hawaii and then after 9 days i feel refreshed lol....for us that has large NW in real estate we need to combine investment with lifestyle, gone the day we chasing 100 200 dollar per month that only gives headache....so i'm started liquidating the homerun from all those indianaville/ohioville rental,etc,etc lol ....we can meet in person to discuss too

Point is, my minimum requirements are higher then most, I am more stringent then most, I am less giving then most, I am less amicable than most, I lease units for more then most, and get better tenants, faster, who stay longer, then most....SCIENCE....

Hell Looking to understand and get advice if there are still accessible opportunities to grow wealth through real estate in the Seattle area (Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah or beyond).Objectives: - De-risk income/wealth from my full time job - Grow wealth (property appreciation) - More cash flow (if possible)- Have somewhere to stay (myself and family) when I visit (why something like STR/corporate rental would be great - can have a spare few weeks here and there)I have a couple properties in the Seattle/Bellevue area.

So here are some facts;We own two stilt houses (4bed/4 bath) in ocean lakes.wr average between 135-160k in the two combined.The amenities are ALL allowed to be used by any guest(s) that stays in our homes.Ocean lakes is a resort and campground - it is secure in it's ability to keep its str usage and zoning due to same.you dont own the land.
