Hello everybody,I'm Tom Kirchner.I'm just learning about commercial real estate.I have taken one home study course and been all over the internet trying to soak up information.I'm interested in learning more with the help of some very knowledgeable people like yourselves.My main goal is to work with commercial properties.Mainly to buy undervalued or under performing properties at a discount and resell for a large profit.I look forward to hearing from many of you,and wish you all great success in real estate journey.

I am currently reading Brandon Turner's book on Rental Property Investing, listening to the BP's podcast and looking forward to soaking up as much knowledge as possible prior to diving in and obtaining my first property.

Not easy to do but if you build a relationship with someone who will lend you that there's no better person than the realtor who understands that their deposit is completely safe.So assuming that you can actually come up with the $5000, it becomes your seed that will grow into a millions upon millions of dollars.

So I decided to soak up information about Wholesaling, and rental properties.

They are high-end and pricey as hell, and the only reason I know about them is because Kohler was lovely enough to send me some for free thanks to my Home Depot Seeds Program reviewing gig.

Since I do not have a lot of money "seed money" i want to make sure I make the most ultimate decision.
