You may be able to find templates but the terms are important and should be understood by all parties.

It is necessary to have a phone/video conversation with your VA to make doubly sure that what you are asking for is understood wholeheartedly.

I looked at this in the past and wasn't able to find an attorney who understood it or a staff member who could explain it.  

The definition of "Cash Flow" seems to be understood to mean different things to different investors.
