Send them a notice in writing that ALL maintenance must be done with your permission and approval first, and that you will take them to small claims court, if necessary, for the cost of the pump and any unreasonable maintenance costs they've already spent money on, if they don't credit your account yesterday.Nip it in the bud right now.
