I have an REO under contract and a rehabber to buy it, but the REO co. is using a local title co, and my title co. is just 2 miles away.

Also, it's amusing to me that they will rob and steal from each other instead of traveling a few miles to steal from a more affluent neighborhood, where they obviously could get a bigger payday.

Additionally:There is about a ¼ mile of empty lots in front of the signs, so they are pretty visible.

It's within 1/2 mile of a prosperous community college.

A drug dealer was getting busted right outside her bedroom window.If you're 3.5 hours away (I'm guessing around 200 miles plus), then management comes into play.
