I honeslty can't tell you what they say or my reaction because we are in a person to person industry so you never know what will happen.  

Working in the industry I see on a daily basis how awful rent is, and how badly I want to buy something to build equity.

Some states as you know are really coming down on this .And I suspect all states have the same verbiage in their statutesIE for expectation of compensation when bringing two parties together to buy real estate that a license is required.. "   Just like the mortgage industry.OTher wise why even have a Real estate industry and license.

This is the job of the insurance industry to protect your assets via the policy and protect against claims.

I do have experience working for Construction companies, Service Industry companies, and Independent Contractors in fileds such as Plumbing and A/C, Electrical, Multifamily Service/ Construction as well as Sales, Customer Service, Renovation/ Remodeling, Data Entry, Financial Services and Start-up Companies.
