Usually cold applications coming from Zillow have the credit/background check (they can use those anywhere for 30 days), while I only send an invite to apply thru TenantCloud or Cozy (which apparently is difficult to complete, as I have two of four applicants right now stuck on verifying their identity in order to send the credit checks) to those I've pre-screened.
