What is a good strategy for personal investing for future with as little capital as possible for a decent return on investment?

Do you have a good investor friendly real estate agent in your area you can ask if they have a referral for a good insurance broker?

Good jobs are out there. 

I have not had a good experience with anyone who tries to circumvent Vrbo's or AirBnB's messaging system. 

With the recent episode of BP covering this topic I'd figured it be a good idea to start a thread for all those curious here.

Are legacy Homes priced lower or is it just the financing making them a good deal.

Still not 100% certain there is no damage to any of them, but so far it seems all is good.

In fairness, that could be due to disruption from all of the construction.Our current PM has done a good job maintaining the property, but more and more I find myself having to get involved in day to day issues.
