Hi all, I'm starting my real estate investment journey and would love to have your recommendations for investor-friendly real estate agents in Kansas City, MO. 

Thinking of PropStream myself, it looks very good for someone like us agent/investor combos.

I started with nothing and aggressively saved for almost a year until I had 10k for a downpayment on a cheap house.Step 2: Join online platforms like BiggerPockets, Eventbrite, Meetup, and Facebook groups to connect with investors and get an idea of what kind of properties to look for as investments.Step 3: Use Zillow to find agents and communicate what you’re looking for.Step 4: Analyze at least 5 properties a day in your target market for six months to understand what it would take for you to make positive cashflow.Step 5 Get pre approved from a bank.

When listing a property make sure all details are accurate Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

@Evan Polaski @Michael Ahhhh-haaa, This particular space has been vacant for 2 years based on the agent.

Every state has its own requirements for what must be included in a lease and then there are all the Federal overlays.

Be suspicious of these red flags: any last minute changes just before closing, anything sent via email, anyone insisting on using their own title company or notary, any title company or notary that your closer/agent hasn't used before.

Sell it creativity with a unicorn agent!

This team should include professionals like agents, lenders, contractors, and property managers. 

I have a great Agent in that area.
