Intrigued by a listing I saw today.  

Our long term plan is REI in order to provide for the family and our kid's (currently 2 yo.) future education.

Plus, the note I bought had a longer term than the student loan so now that the loan has been paid back, it's still paying me today!

Today I was at my Business Finance Course and we were talking about TAXES; my professor who shall remain nameless mentioned that "only ~1% of all taxes filed are ever audited" before he said that he was discussing tax deductions and how you can "tax deduct lawyer and attorney fees on business related expenses"(contract, legal and financial advice, etc.)

While the commission each extra mouth in the middle got may have been little, the savings principal buyers can realize by being educated and doing a little themselves can be significant.  

I have been analyzing Delray Beach, FL for the last couple of weeks, and I feel I know enough to make educated guesses on deals on that market, all I need is an input of deals.

I'm continuing to educate myself there.

You both get to make some money, and you get probably the most valuable education you can buy.I don't do that type of work, but there are many who do.
