hello all I'm looking for a lender that I can qualify for,a heloc  I just bought my firsts property in Franklin park and it was a great deal I'll be living in it for 2yrs then renting it out I got a 203k loan the purchase price was 134k with 61k in repairs the house appraised for 270k I purchased it in September made my first payment Nov. 15th there have been a few issues that were unforseen and I need a loan to finish and some extra for financial issues that came up does anyone know of a lender in illinois that can help thanks in advance

Daniel,If you are an accredited investor (earning over $200K for past 2 years with an expectation to continue so) then you have some other options besides turnkey. 

Just run the numbers, and add an extra % for cap ex

So while we don't have much extra cash, we could sustain being we both have good jobs.

You may find that the increase in rate and loan amount may lead to you still earning $0 or close to it per residence.I hope this helps.

It has little extra land for storage units or pumpkin patch to bump revenue a bit. 

Are you saying that for example if I just threw that $115 extra toward the principle every month it would benefit me more?
