I found a few options online, but I always prefer "tried and true" recommendations.Would anyone happen to have local recommendations for Lead Inspectors and De-lead contractors?

The states that I am most comfortable with as it stands is NC, SC, PA,DE & GA however I am open to other states. 

@Paul De Luca Frankly I'd be a lot more concerned about what the property is zoned for and is the construction permitted.

central NJ: suburbs, cul-de-sacs, farms, & multi-family properties. 

ONly a few states allow that, Delaware, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio.
