One idea, if you don't have to be on the beach, look into park model mobile homes you can buy in an rv resort.

Need to have deep pockets and buy right in the appreciation cycle for those equity gain only markets to have a chance at working.People employing this strategy should only have a small percentage of the overall portfolio dedicated to it.

So I know how dedicated I must be to become successful in this career path.I've learned about this forum from the podcast and have been listening to it ever since I found out, about a month ago.

I have gravitated toward real estate and mobile home parks in particular.  

Hi everyone - first time poster hereI am looking at a mobile home park that had been listed through a realtor for several months with no bite.

I had some mobile home parks over the years.. 2 low end one solid B.. the B was no issue the low end parks were drug and tweaker havens.. made money on them only because I bought them from burnt out landlords turned then and sold within 24 months.. 

Hi,I’m looking for a Mobile Home Park that might be for sale or abandoned in NWA or surroundings.

I also downloaded the pocast app (purple icon you can find in your mobile app store) and search for bigger pockets podcasts.

Sufficient to say, the mobile bank software may not accept it because the signature line appears black.
