Pricing can vary by state, but the largest factor in determining whether to place on a commercial or personal policy form is entity type.If your property is titled to a business and not your personal name (as a quad should probably be) we use a commercial policy as this is more broad than a basic personal policy form.

Correlation doesn't always define an interesting or meaningful relationship.This is why I don't disagree that there is a correlation between taxes and unemployment, but I also don't consider it very interesting or meaningful without more data (just like the ice cream and swimming pools).Now , what I DID SAY is that there isn't any evidence (at least not presented here) that indicates a CAUSATIVE RELATIONSHIP between the two.For anyone who doesn't know the difference between correlation and causation, I can see why what I'm saying is going right over their heads.

I am new to rental business and I guess part of it is to experience and define my selection critirias for tenants. now back to marketing the rental again. do have few other people looking, but I feel I may need to lower the price again as I am not getting enough inquiries from Craigslist.

I defined building materials as anything which cannot be seen on a complete project (subfloor, hardie bacter, mortar, drywall, screws etc.)
