Help: I need Advice!
Hello Everyone,
I am a 23 yr old student currently finishing up college in San Diego in September and would like to get into real estate investing. The problem is I don't have much knowledge. I have done some research and found wholesaling/assigning contracts would be the best fit for me since I have no money. (I do have a 728 credit score but with only 14 months credit history).
These are my questions:
1.Is wholesaling/assigning the best option for my situation (no money/no income)
2. If I do flips or other types of investing, will my credit work?
3. Where can I get the best information on real estate, books, no online programs that cost $$$$
4. Is there any investors that help newbies for free?
5. How soon after learning how to wholesale, should I go out there?
Thanks alot to anyone that reads this and anyone who responds!!! :D
