However as you go east a bit on Colfax between Yosemite and Peoria, I personally would not want to live within 3-4 blocks of Colfax north or south.I live a bit further away off Peoria and Mississippi.

They can block it by putting something in front of it or a piece of plywood held in place by a piece of furniture, but I wouldn't nail boards to the  fireplace.

@Ofir Rushinek It all depends, there are some GREAT pockets in Spring Park 32207, and some that are a DMZ, but if you can find a brick or block home in the neighborhood, lock it in!

One or two section 8 units in a block or neighborhood, you probably won't notice anything.

I manage my own properties plus Im from the area and I have a understanding why I am able to purchase a dwelling on 1 block and make it work verses around the corner and it wont work...

@Daniel WeberHi Daniel, It’s in an R2 neighborhood but on the same block there is a 6-unit rental, a 5-unit rental and a 4-unit rental.

“Well you can just block them” This is true but they still have your main number, so all it would take to get their friends phone or simply get a burner phone to do the process all over again and you have no control.
