I am currently a college student and a daycare teachers aide.

My husband and I are both healthcare workers who are currently considering investing in real estate.

I understand good things come in time and great things are meant to be persued correctly, for longevity So, although i know patience will be my aid in the matter, i rather not do myself a disservice from the beginning. when i could have started on the right foot. so i will take this advice. i will speak to a bank regarding my ability to purchase a home, rather then rent an apartment. i am just concerned as to the fact my annual salary down there will only be $30,000 Since i am already taking a pay cut as it is....

My background is somewhat diverse, as I've worked in a few different industries: Higher Education, Healthcare and Finance.

The house was abandoned and smothered by a just under 60k healthcare lien and extensive litigation from unpaid nursing with the now deceased owner.  

It's economy is on a role (stable / diverse industries ...biggest employer is HEB a grocery store as an example, USAA leader in financial services; attracting more health care, etc).  

What did you guys do for health care? 

I am a realtor, who specializes in helping Fire, EMS, Police, Educators, Healthcare workers, Veterans, and Active Duty save money in the real estate process.  

Home warranty companies are for people living in the home who can tolerate their philosophy of multiple band-aid visits until the system dies hard and completely. 

I also have a foreman I would like to aid him in getting his general contractors license.
