Service requests in my area run high (Boston area) so getting a plumber out is at least $150 and then potentially more depending on the issue.

I live in the Greater Boston area though and am not sure how many people rent in Medford, do any of the other landlords near the area have any idea?

Foremost is who we use and they were great to work with when we had a claim on transportation. 

Let's take for instance properties in San Francisco, Boston, DC etc.

What about public Transportation such as subways, buses, etc?

Amazon is looking at some major cities that are already very high in terms of real estate prices, I don't see them going up that much more just because of the new HQ.In my area of Boston, which is in the running, surrounding cities have already drastically increased in the last 10 years and it seems unlikely they would go even higher above the already ridiculous prices they are at.Just one mans opinion.
