I don't have a provision in my lease prohibiting this, but this week I went to install a new security light at a single family rental home of mine and caught the tenant dad and his 4 year old son peeing together behind the air conditioning compressor.I didn't make a huge deal out of it, but I let them know I prefer they don't do it again.

He put in a toilet inside the gazebo, an air conditioner, and ran a 3" sewer drain from the gazebo 35' east, 60' south, then 47' west to a deep pit where he used a sump pump to connect to the existing drain which is higher in elevation, why the loop?
