If you want to cancel someone's trademark, you do it through the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB).

Not knowing what you are looking for specifically or what kind  of investing appeals to you, I'd just say to go hog wild on the forums and podcasts, learn as much as you can and don't be afraid to ask questions!
