Our RV insurance policy is through Progressive and specifically states that it does not carry over to any other properties. 

I would recommend just going to their website and filling out the inquiry form, the agent I worked with was Kyle B but it seems like part of their schtick is that it's all technology based insurance brokering to save you $ so I don't know that reaching out to a specific agent like a normal insurance quote would work!

The easiest way that I have found over the years is to simply ask other investors, specifically in your local market.

Specifically, this article was talking about Philadelphia.

If purchasing another property cash is important for you then it is always a possibility, but again a purchase could be another option. 

In the meantime, we may also want to renovate our current home to increase its overall and/or rental value.The plan is to scale our real estate investment portfolio pretty aggressively after our next purchase.
