Why can someone do something like a 50/50 split it is good for the people who doesnt know about the money and they will get part of what they are entitled to, and I could make some money, if someone doesnt help them out then they will loose the money looks like a win win.My question is how do I go about helping people get some of their money and I get a split of that money?

My questions are 1) what would you (other seasoned investors) bid in this situation, and 2) is there anything in particular about a VA offer that will get you noticed above another offer, or is it typically just the highest bidder that wins?
