Idaho Falls is one of the metro that used to be under the nationwide price average but starting from Q3 2020 is accelarating extremely rapidly.

Been thinking a lot about interest rates and the future.The average rate since 1971 is 7.76%We may not be as excited about 5-6% interest rates, but almost every other era would be excited about the opportunity.We are seeing new home starts slow nationwide (300k less per month than this spring), and we still have a housing deficit across the board.
