I'm going to be stationed at FE Warren soon and thought i'd get a feel of the RE environment in Cheyenne before moving. 

However, if it does, I don't think it will take away much as down town New Brunswick is popular more due to the restaurants and proximity of train station and I don't see anything changing.

I am looking into the new construction Pulte townhomes near the North Brunswick train station as a 5-10 year investment with possibly moving in after 2-5 years (if the station is built by 2023) with the understanding that we'll want to upgrade to a bigger house in 10 years. 

@Josh Thompson I am in contract on a 2-family in Rahway near the train station and also own a 3-family in Edison NJ.

The north western part of the Ironbound is the most expensive area due to Penn Station. 

Explain to the Mortgage Company that your Sellers are Military and have Permanent Change of Station orders and their home may be under water at the sale.
