If they haven't paid for any marketing for it, I'm not sure why they would want to be difficult about it.Ultimately you could really make things tough for them so that they waste their marketing money and then the contract eventually expires anyway and you hire your dad instead.That being said, is there any reason why you signed a listing agreement with them given that you knew your dad was an agent? 

ALL the people calling so far do NOT meet the minimum income standards, which is clearly on the rental ad, but they keep wasting their time (and mine of course).

Door knocking in LA at foreclosure properties is probably a complete waste of time.

I bought an occupied REO a while back  with a squatter where the house was full of human waste, mostly in buckets.  

Does anyone think I can get a contractor to do this or will they see it as a waste of time.
