I genuinely don't want trash in my pipes or my septic systems.

And you can do that in a diplomatic way, while smiling (genuinely).  

Smile in a genuine way, and look at your watch and skeedaddle.  

I wouldn't want to place my hard-earned dollars with someone who didn't genuinely care about me/my investment either - that just plain stinks.

It's usually cheaper and also feels more genuine, at least in my opinion it does.

If it's genuinely intended storage or utility basement, non-heated, then it's not living area.

I am still a "nice" landlord , genuinely enjoy most of my tenants.

Furthermore, even insurance carriers are worried about FHA violations and may subject themselves to lawsuits if they prohibit breeds and a tenant or owner has a valid and genuine ESA designation.

If you buy good rentals, in good neighborhoods, screen tenants, and are genuinely interested in providing them with a good living experience, you'll get fewer complaints.
