Yeah she went in to an assisted living facility at an old age.

My criteria is: walking distance from important facilities: AKA bars, academic buildings, and food (in that order), homes that are ready to rent because the little capital I have I want to save for unexpected expenses, and homes that have as many, if not more, bathrooms than bedrooms.

I mean I was in Oregon and bought 13 new construction homes down there for the tax bene's it had to be new construction.. so it really boomed the area.. all the Casinos got the huge write offs car dealers all built new facilities office and retail went up all over the place.. it worked.. maybe something like that would work on a national scale..

Worst is Dollar General, if the location works they build a much more modern and much larger facility near by at lease expiration, if the location doesn’t work they exit the area.
