@Nathan SimonsI am doing th same as you and I would like to share what I have learned in this process.I have a paid off house where is my primary residence and sarching to buy a second house where I am going to live and rent my current home.I was planning to do a FHA 203 K loan or Home Style Renovation through Fannie Mae program.

With some simple carpentry work you could turn those doors into shaker style.

Hop on Zillow/Trulia/Redfin and search for properties that meet the following criteria:- Sold in last 3 months or less- Within a 0.5-mile radius- Similar build year and style- Within 10% sqft difference- Same beds and baths- Similar conditionFind 3 sales that fit these criteria and average the three to determine an estimated ARV.

Use multiple sources, compare numbers of bedrooms, baths, finishes, neighborhoods, schools, square feet, similar style homes, etc.  

The reason I like this style is that, by doing this you are buildinga relationship with a flipper.  

Sounds like a headache between complaints of the color/style, additional cost, having to replace them between tenants if they get damaged or worn.

If you have 1 door, 5 doors, ten doors, you are an expert to the person that has zero and I think they could benefit from your expertise.If you feel like you don't necessarily want to present, I'm happy to do an interview style set up and/or help you with your powerpoint or whatever you need to feel comfortable. - Small-business oriented speakers: people that have owned and/or own them: pros/cons/fears/etc.- Professionals: tax, legal, lenders, etc, etc.
