I would recommend that you factor a income/expense statement on the property to determine your cash flow and your cash on cash return.

I have been baraged with emails from an upline sponsor, but she does state that I can unsubscribe if I want to.Now there is a whole multilevel marketing spin to it, and you have to pay like $400 if you want to make money off of your downline.
