Yeah...I am actually going to get 99 Designs to do another logo for me for a consulting business I am going to start now that our coaching program is gone.

The world is full of books, websites, Meetups, REIAs, and coaches that will tell you EXACTLY what you need to do to succeed.  

I will make my decision after listening to various sources and won't hold anyone responsible for their suggestions; so please don't hold back.I was advised by a business coach a few years ago that corporations were the best way to go because of tax advantages and liability protection, but that discussion was focused on buying a business and NOT on real estate investing.  

One of them who is the owner of 3D in LA  who owns a citation X  talks about a guy name Sullivan and how well he did for him. and others talk about this same success coach.. and there is a  club called TECH..

I dunno, coaching staff is pretty low on Johnny.He will make the hard knocks show a lot more entertaining though.

People who claimed they paid the big bucks and made even bigger bucks with the information and coaching they got.

I didn't pay for a "coach" course as you refer to one. 

So it’s recommended to find a good coach or simply watch some lessons on you tube.

They charge $1300 to set up and offer a few perks:(1) Free corporate coaching (lifetime)(2) List of lenders(3) Reputable REIs(4) Assistance with any legal or tax questionsI don't know if it is worth it to pay $1300?

So bp community, I could use a little coaching here.
