Ironically, most books don’t advise on how to handle the challenges because that likely doesn’t sell as many copies of the ‘feel good’ variety but good information and how people figured out the challenges is out there if you look hard enough.  

@Steve Vaughan thank sir for your advise , quick question to you I bought three house on January 2020 but I refinanced it 4 months ago .

Any market advise or input on these areas would be greatly appreciated.  

However, be advised that tenants can and do claim that covid has affected them and if other states are anything like oregon once they do this and once they apply for funding you can not evict them or end their lease. 

I dabbled in Home Inspections as a GC during the 2008 crash, and I would advise potential buyers to check with the city/county for pulled and completed permits.

Also got some insight from a fellow BPer that I've connected with who's in that market already to advise on pricepoint.

I know this title may seem cold hearted or cruel, but I’m looking for honest advise here.

So I have followed his advise and recommend it to other potential investors.

What's the best way to about this, as I can already anticipate the tenant will be less willing to cooperate.No sure if this is relevant, but for context, the unit is current rented with Section8 program.I appreciate your input and advise.
