Every thread has a "Monitor Topic" checkbox near the top; if you want to get an email notification of updates to that thread, make sure you check that checkbox - it does work just as you asked if you check that box.

I will continue to improve my automation process on doing deals (and in turn doing a greater quantity of deals) while others can continue to do work doing 1 deal at a time.I’m not commenting on this topic or monitoring it anymore because I’ve made my point already.

I also personally utilize Credit Karma, which I believe is the best company to monitor credit with.

For $100/year you get their full monitoring and cloud solution package I think which isn't bad at all.  

We are pretty active in monitoring & farming WLR and Otter Creek and run across properties that fit your criteria from time to time. 

During the tenancy, monitor how well the tenants abide by the terms of the rental agreement.

One of the GPs is a famous realtor (is featured in a tv series).  

We are upgrading our security cameras, but as a previous poster mentioned, if no-one is watching the cameras at night or the system is not setup to alert you, the cameras are only good for monitoring during office hours and playback for thefts that occur during the night.
