It may not be as easy as walking thorugh the front door and introducing yourself, as these groups are pretty tight, but you may know somebody who knows somebody that can ask a favor to get you in the door.Once your in - start volunteering your time...the more you are around success, the more it will brush off on you.my 2 cents...Chris

hello everyone. i guess let me get started by introducing myself. my name is thorney gibson. im 25 years old. ive been doing plumbing since i was 18. for the past year or so i have been researching real estate and the different area's of it. i want to invest into real estate, properties and such.

I always introduce myself as the property manager to prospective tenants, but if they ask if I'm the owner, I tell them I'am.Living in the same complex as your tenants is a good way to start off and learn the business.
