In the process of buying my first house & trying to make a house hack work in the Boston area.My question is pretty simple -- when I run analysis through the BP Calculator and I enter the Interest Rate, should I be entering actual Interest Rate or APR?

@Jack SeidenGrocery stores don’t have to provide food for people who can’t or won’t pay; transportation services don’t have to provide rides for people laid off who can’t afford rides; doctors don’t have to provide medical services for uninsured who can’t pay; but property owners have to provide housing, and sometimes utilities for tenants who don’t pay.

This mainly means that it is close to transportation and no more than 30-40 minutes from Manhattan (I work in the city), and has good parks nearby to run/cycle.
