First OOS rental in Cleaveland Ohio?
Hey Everyone, first post and was looking for some guidance on how I should go about getting into my first rental, more specifically out of state. Im originally from MA, (Right outside boston) hence the desire to buy OOS. I've been looking at Multifamilies in Cleaveland around the $80,000 range and have been looking at competing rents in the area and I see lots of potential. If anyone can give me advice I would be super grateful. Perhaps some referrals for realtor, PM, and such.

The way to get into your first rental is NOT being OOS. Either move there, or get something close to you that you can monitor and learn the ropes. Good luck!
