Also it's hard to negotiate from a position of weakness and it sounds like your case is less than air tight.

All we did to the house was clean and paint, it already had a 4 or 5 year old gas furnace and central air.

They put a building and surrounding air rights under contract for $49M and wholesaled it to a developer for $59M.

This is based on daves comments on air about each of his 12 llc's being worth 5 million apiece.

I would just check semi annually and maybe change the air filter.

I have done demo work on moldy crap houses. get a dumpster, gloves, and a respirator rated for that kind of work. you can buy a garden pump sprayer and mix a very light bleach/water mixture and spray areas you are working on, it will kill germs and most importantly keep the dust down so you don't breath it in. setup a negative air flow so nasty air gets sucked out and sanitize the place with bleach/antimicrobial treatment as you go and once you are done. you dont wana fail a mold test after the work is done!
