Hi BP members,

My name is Chris Menne. Originally from Oregon, my wife and I live in Yuba City, CA courtesy of the U.S. Air Force. We have wanted to own property for several years as a way to supplement and maybe even replace our income in the future, but thought it was just a nice dream to have. We have recently decided that it is something we can do if we just put our minds to it.

I have plenty of experience investing in stocks and mutual funds but the only experience I have with real estate is renting the house I live in now. I'm very excited about spending time in the BP forums and learning everything I can.

Have a great day,

Chris Menne.
