You'll get more traffic figuratively and literally over in PCB and Destin.

Have you seen any increase in traffic from potential buyers compared to properties that did not have a virtual tour option?

Taxes, homelessness, traffic (pre COVID, but getting back to those levels), cost of living, poorly managed

The traffic coming to Orlando is around 70 million a year and with Universal opening Epic next year and Disney still expanding, you just can't beat it, they are bringing them to your doorstep.

I would consider that area - slow in January and February but they get a lot of traffic through fall and Christmas, and of course summer.

Doesn't mean cheap, means GOOD, dang good, like really nice, getting the traffic, others chasing your tail vs you chasing theirs, right. 

Businesses invite increased traffic, potential greater wear/tear, and potential community complaints (from neighbors, etc).  

Then I look for anything that someone MIGHT find undesirable: noisy/large pet next door, messy neighbors, heavy drive by traffic...etc.
