3D Scanning Properties worth it?
Quick question for anyone who used 3D scans to showcase virtual tours when selling a property? Have you seen any increase in traffic from potential buyers compared to properties that did not have a virtual tour option? I would assume that being able to show 3D scans of a house you are selling is more appealing to out of state or even international buyers. But, most importantly, did you find getting a 3D scan worth the added cost? Actually would like to know from a buyers point of view too. Are my assumptions correct? How much more comfortable are you with viewing properties that have virtual tours?
Thanks in advance for taking the time out to respond. Would really like to know what everyone thinks about this.
