Structurally, it was sound, smelled like the animals were never let outside, small galley-style kitchen, very worn wood deck.  

Like you have dog but they don't and we prefer no animals.

It may seem cruel, but if you have to call animal control for her 2 dogs, then do it. 

My PM stays on it and we can have animated exchanges at times over what needs to be done.  

South Florida may be a totally different animal.
