I’m located in Pensacola Florida looking for a reliable contractor that I can get quotes from and also I would appreciate any mentorship or advice.

Hello Apartment Building investors,We have six apartment buildings that we would like to put commercial grade keypad secure entry handles/locks that are durable and reliable to last for a long time. 

If there are high car payments, sell that car and buy a less expensive (but reliable) car. 

I want a reliable and trustworthy PM to make the rental turnover process easy and also I can trust him for regular maintenance calls cost.  

Let's just say he is extremely valuable, reliable and versatile.

My recollection is that it took up to 6 weeks for a refund.As far as USPS reliability, they're generally very good, especially for the relatively low cost - but I saw some really crazy things.In my experience (and maybe it's different elsewhere) USPS delivery confirmation and Certified Mail were scanned as "delivered" when the hit the post office that would carry them the last mile, NOT when they're delivered. 

You would be helpful to out of state investors especially if you develop a network of reliable quality contractors and if you can be boots on the ground looking at potential aquisitions.

Finding a reliable and trustworthy contractor is HARD.

In the end do your research, build a reliable team, and continue to self educate.
