I know that typical DSCR products are up to 4-units, but are there any lenders out there wiling to do a 6-unit DSCR loan?

We don’t have any properties for sale in Rochester.

If it were a product that had a price point available to non-institutional, retail investors or small businesses it could be interesting.

Sales, clearly for actual investment opportunities.  

I just got off the phone with PenFed; as of last month, they no longer offer the rental property HELOC loan product..

There aren’t that many of them to begin with and they don’t come up for sale that often.

Bank Five Nine just launched a new DSCR product last week, but there are several local banks in Milwaukee that are great to work with.Have you been to Milwaukee and have you seen this property in person?

I've met with a few brokers and most are hesitant to lease up small space and curious if others have been successful and what product they are using to source / find demand for mirco units.

Because I bought them cheap at tax sales I have no mortgages on them.
