Most people that are successfully flipping have a flipping business with either employees on staff or enough work lined up to keep a GC happy for 6 months to a year.Its a tough business to make money in when you are doing one project at a time from a distance.

So we can take the original LLC that is 50/50 owned by 2 people and move half of the properties over to a new LLC where one partner now owns 100% and then the other partner would have the other half of the properties and have 100% ownership of that one and we pay no taxes?

Other than the inspection report, there aren't a lot of reasons why buyers change their minds after submitting an offer.Since these are legally binding contracts, you could be opening yourself up to be liable for losing your hand money and even paying the full purchase price of the contract you sign.
