I just think the entry point is notably higher than Lafayette and everything I've read, whether it be general business or REI leads me to the conclusion that acting now is nearly always better than acting later.

As for micro managing, Victoria and Cory do not have their real estate license and so are not able to list the apartments it is something that I had to do as owner. 

When Marco sells his course he says he would stand by you and if you implement his system and are not able to be sucessful he would return the money.

Likely not able to get a permit for second kitchen and if you can you may need to meet requirements of fire barriers between units.
