And with financial freedom comes the greatest reward of all, the luxury of time.

I also live here in Nashville area and have found that the luxury flip market is where some serious money can be made. 

In my market I see the same thing, because those few homes are super luxurious homes that check all the boxes (location, view, high ceilings, nice finishes etc). 

My friend in Boston mentioned he recently joined a mastermind, Level Up (@levelup_mastermind) and in a few weeks was able to obtain and grow personal knowledge, relationships, and mindset to the point he quit his job to develop luxury homes full time (and has made lifelong friendships!).
