In my opinion, a 'complete renovation' would normally cost more then 10K per unit but then it depends on what they mean by 'complete'.There are lots of questions to ask and have answered before you can determine to move forward of not;- Statement of work (SOW) regarding work done- What is warrantied and for how longetc.Also while this is not a 'turnkey' as it seems that HW does not own the property, they are certainly intimately involved.

Prior to that I was forcing the square peg of property management through the round hole of Quickbooks - adequate but definitely not ideal.RM is pretty robust so if starting from scratch the learning curve could be pretty intense.

I do not believe race is in any way involved, however this information helps to explain why there has been a lack of direct communication between myself and the other tenants.In the ten years I have lived here there haven't been any arguments, disputes, or angry interactions with anyone here.

Most of the owners lack cash at the moment and are in big trouble with banks, they easily sell properties 1.4-1.5$k per square meter and you can sell the property right away with cheap renovation 2.5-3$k per sq. meter to a family that is eager to move to the downtown area.Many locals are desperate to sell their properties in troubled regions like Crimea, Lugansk and Donetck to relocate to Kiev on permanent basis.
